Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Payroll/HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track onboarding/offboarding activities and manage employment-related documents
  • Support processing and maintenance of contractor and employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy in HR reporting
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks and respond to internal HR-related inquiries


Required Qualifications
  • Completed or currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an asset
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
