Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Payroll/HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track onboarding/offboarding activities and manage employment-related documents
- Support processing and maintenance of contractor and employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy in HR reporting
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks and respond to internal HR-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience with Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS systems is an asset
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
