Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate to manage employee accommodations and support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate leaves, accommodations, offboarding, onboarding, and internal movement requests using Salesforce Lightning
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HR processes
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field
- At least 6 months of experience in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar HR systems is a plus
