HR Service Delivery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate to manage employee accommodations and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate leaves, accommodations, offboarding, onboarding, and internal movement requests using Salesforce Lightning
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HR processes
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer service, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in a contact center, customer service, or case management environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Workday, or similar HR systems is a plus
