A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative - Junior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and leaves of absence via phone, email, and dashboard reports
- Accurately document case details in ServiceNow
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, state disability, family leave, ERISA, and Sick Policies
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years of related HR or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
