Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with user account setup, permissions, and troubleshooting employee-reported issues
- Entering, validating, and auditing employee data for accuracy and compliance within the Workday platform
- Generating standard and custom reports for HR and finance departments
Qualifications & Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Basic understanding of Workday's capabilities and configuration
- Familiarity with data entry, report writing, and system configuration
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
