Human Factors Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Factors Engineer to support federal civilian agencies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of responsive design, including wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to define business requirements and enhance user interfaces
• Conduct user research and analyze usage metrics to optimize user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in UX/UI design for dynamic web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Axure for wireframing and prototyping
• Knowledge of human-centered design principles and Section 508 compliance
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and residency in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
