A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources Department with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Employee File Database and job postings across all platforms
- Support the recruiting process, including conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding, payroll processing, and annual performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR education or certification preferred
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with payroll processes and employee onboarding procedures
