Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support for inquiries and guidance on I-9 and E-Verify through various communication channels
- Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve compliance issues while ensuring accuracy and adherence to program requirements
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assist with software product learning and testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of I-9 experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete time-sensitive tasks independently
