Job Summary

A company is looking for an I-9 Help Desk Analyst to provide support and guidance related to I-9 Employment Eligibility and E-Verify processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support for inquiries and guidance on I-9 and E-Verify through various communication channels
  • Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve compliance issues while ensuring accuracy and adherence to program requirements
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assist with software product learning and testing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of I-9 experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete time-sensitive tasks independently
