IDR Arbitration Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitration Team Lead - State IDR.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the arbitration team
• Analyze workflow reports and assist in identifying trends and system errors
• Develop reports and communicate updates to upper management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years Revenue Cycle Management experience
• IDR experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and medical terminology
