Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Talent Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and define current processes to create optimized business processes for clients
- Analyze and document design specifications and implement application design in collaboration with clients and technical teams
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide end-user training on product knowledge and solution design
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to travel to multiple client locations and semi-annual firm meetings
- Avature platform experience is preferred; certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of MS Project, SQL, Oracle applications, and HR-based software is a plus
