Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to support technical delivery and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements from a technical perspective, acting as the product expert
• Deliver solutions according to technical best practices, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proactively address potential issues before they become significant problems

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer delivery, technical delivery, or software development
• Experience with technologies such as Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi, and Unix/Linux
• Familiarity with data analysis methods and SQL
• Experience in engaging with customers during implementation and onboarding stages
• Ability to deploy and configure technical products to meet customer requirements
