Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Contractor) to support client implementations through the beginning of 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from kickoff through launch
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, resource needs, and dependencies
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring a first-class implementation experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in implementation/project management roles for a digital health company
• Proven experience managing eligibility feeds, SFTP connections, API integrations, and healthcare data pipelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, along with reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with internal and external stakeholders
