Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee onboarding processes for new brands and 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from kickoff to successful go-live
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition through the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• 0 - 4 years of project management, onboarding, or implementation experience in a SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, or project management tools
• Understanding of eCommerce workflows, including 3PL integrations and shipping carriers
• Located in the United States
