A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - TPRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client transitions from existing systems to the product suite, ensuring smooth conversions
- Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert, building strong relationships
- Conduct client training sessions to support adoption and success
Required Qualifications
- 2 years prior implementation or training experience required
- Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, and/or Lending Compliance preferred
- Knowledge of the company's solutions is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
- Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
