Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - TPRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client transitions from existing systems to the product suite, ensuring smooth conversions
• Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert, building strong relationships
• Conduct client training sessions to support adoption and success

Required Qualifications

• 2 years prior implementation or training experience required
• Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, and/or Lending Compliance preferred
• Knowledge of the company's solutions is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
• Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
