Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to manage inbound sales calls and process customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls, processes orders, and identifies sales opportunities based on customer needs
• Utilizes a prescribed sales approach to customize offers and overcome objections while asking for sales
• Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems to ensure timely communications and accuracy on transactions

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
