Key Responsibilities
- Lead incident communications and coordinate with various teams to ensure clear information flow
- Drive incident coordination and outcomes in real-time and async contexts, keeping timelines and roles clear
- Facilitate blameless postmortems for high-impact incidents and track overall incident trends using metrics
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing incident communications in a SaaS or cloud environment
- Hands-on experience with modern incident management tools such as Incident.io, Rootly, or FireHydrant
- Proven ability to work with incident metrics and present insights to executive leadership
- Experience facilitating blameless postmortems for high-impact incidents
- Familiarity with SRE and DevOps practices
