Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Time Virtual Clinical Educator (9-6p EST) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact in the treatment process from start to finish
• Provide ongoing education and therapy support to patients, caregivers, and clinical staff
• Utilize motivational interviewing tools to address patient barriers and enhance their therapy journey

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license
• Experience in telephonic patient support and education, including infusion or injection experience
• Compassion and high emotional intelligence, with a passion for patient education
• Experience in motivational interviewing and behavior change coaching
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
