Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS-Operational Performance Expert CC.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews and ensure accuracy in clinical medical record documentation and coding
• Train and onboard new team members to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in quality initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facility coding experience, with knowledge of Inpatient, Outpatient, and ED preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor Degree in relevant fields preferred
• Coding/HIM certifications or an active RN license in Indiana required
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations related to coding, billing, and auditing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
