A company is looking for an Information Analyst III, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze data to provide solutions that enhance revenue, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Design, develop, and maintain data reports and analyses from complex ad hoc requests
- Lead work teams, mentor junior analysts, and implement process improvements across departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience
- Five years of experience in a data analytics and/or reporting role
- Three years of experience in a healthcare discipline
- Proficiency in MS SQL, SAS, Hadoop, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience in financial and budget analysis, including staffing cost modeling
