Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Support Helpdesk Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with technical and business users to support incoming security requests and tickets
- Validate user identities to protect the integrity and confidentiality of client data and infrastructure
- Provide Level I support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, and assist the Identity Access Management team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an Information Security role or IT helpdesk capacity
- Experience with Active Directory and MS EntraID
- Fundamental knowledge of information security principles and best practices
- Desire to learn and adapt in a corporate environment
