Infrastructure Engineer Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incident and problem management duties using existing tools and processes
• Package, maintain, and deploy applications, including security patches on client systems and servers
• Create and maintain documentation to support systems and participate in ongoing testing of Business Resumption plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
• 2 years of experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting infrastructure elements required
• 2 years of experience with documentation management and standard operating procedures required
• Experience with technologies such as Windows 11, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Windows Server required
