Infrastructure Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach a team of 5-8 engineers to manage the infrastructure for the platform
• Empower the team by providing product and business context, supporting ownership of the roadmap and technical excellence
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance migration experiences and coach engineers in product thinking and quality

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in people management with a software or infrastructure engineering team
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and complex resource requirements
• Deep understanding of Terraform and cloud infrastructure state management
• Experience leading teams through the product development lifecycle
• Interest in the company's mission and values, with a drive to progress in the data and analytics ecosystem
