Inside Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Account Executive for Residential Outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in a sales center environment
• Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers
• Update customer accounts through computer-based systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience; college hours or degree may substitute for some experience
• Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge
• Experience with cold calling
• Ability to work assigned schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
• Maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient high-speed internet (25 MBPS or higher)
