Job Summary

A company is looking for an AW Lead Management Inside Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries about products and services
• Make inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and locate appropriate dealers for homeowners
• Enter data into the CRM system and meet performance targets

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work varied shifts that change monthly
