Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative (ISDR) to generate qualified leads and set discovery meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound outreach to targeted decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, budget, and business needs
  • Book and confirm 8-12 qualified meetings per week after the initial ramp-up period
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales or business development experience (agency/AdTech experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media buying, or programmatic platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple outreach sequences
  • High level of resilience and persistence in the sales process
