A company is looking for a Customer Development - Inside Sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60-80 outbound phone calls daily to guide potential members through the loan application process
• Understand potential members' goals and tailor solutions using company products
• Simplify complex financial concepts to enhance customer understanding and experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center or sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Interest in developing skills in negotiation and persuasion
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mentality
• Ability to build relationships and focus on customer experiences
