Instructional Assistant, Data Center

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Assistant, Low Voltage and Data Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Instructor with delivering a structured curriculum focused on data center skills
• Support remote classroom facilitation and enforce appropriate classroom decorum
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and lead study groups based on learner needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a relevant training program, preferably in IT Support or Datacenter tracks
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ are preferred
• Strong foundational understanding of networking fundamentals and PC hardware architecture
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital tools
• Ability to teach in a highly interactive, hands-on training environment
