Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to identify, design, lead, and execute training projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver content and curriculum through various methods, including instructor-led and e-learning
• Conduct needs analysis and design training programs while maintaining alignment across services
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate training program design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
• Experience in writing instructional text and managing multiple complex projects
• In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
