Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage online course development and revision projects
• Ensure sound, engaging content and manage content areas to enhance student persistence
• Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to improve existing content

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of instructional design experience in a postsecondary online environment
• Broad knowledge of instructional development and best practices
• Experience in designing, revising, and editing curricula
• Project management experience of at least 2 years
• Prefer a master's degree in related fields such as instructional design or curriculum development
