Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to design quality online and hybrid courses
• Serve as project manager for online course development, coordinating planning, design, and implementation
• Integrate educational technologies to enhance teaching strategies and improve student learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience in developing and redesigning online and hybrid courses
• Competence in learning management platforms and multimedia tools, including HTML5/CSS3
• Knowledge of online pedagogy and instructional design models
• Fluency in English and Spanish
