Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff on diverse instructional delivery methods and course architecture
• Design and deliver academic content in a remote/distance learning setting
• Analyze and implement educational technologies and provide multimedia assistance

Required Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in instructional design or relevant professional discipline preferred; BA/BS required
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and technology in higher education required; 5+ years preferred
• Experience with Articulate Storyline desired; experience with Sakai is a plus
• Understanding of adult learning theories and their application to STEM disciplines desired
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with faculty of varying experience levels
