Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable learning content by translating subject matter expertise into training modules and guides
• Support onboarding and upskilling through structured training programs for new and existing employees
• Capture institutional knowledge by documenting key processes and best practices in collaboration with subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering internal training programs
• Strong ability to simplify complex processes into accessible learning content
• Experience creating content in various formats, including slide decks and e-learning modules
• Excellent collaboration skills for extracting knowledge from subject matter experts
• Familiarity with learning management systems or knowledge management platforms
