Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support the RRL initiative in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather course material and conducts program requirement analysis
• Converts written materials into interactive courseware and develops new or updates existing e-learning programs
• Evaluates course effectiveness and oversees contractors or vendors for training program development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
• Clearance Required: Secret
• Experience with NETC training
• Preferred: MTS qualified
• Preferred: US Navy/Marine Corps veteran
