Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jr. Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with training team members and stakeholders to assess training needs and develop learning solutions
- Create and design instructional content using Articulate 360 and MS Office, ensuring alignment with adult learning theories
- Develop project documentation and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in instructional material design and development in a corporate setting
- At least 1 year of experience in web-based learning design and development
- Experience in managing customer relationships and demonstrating research and analysis skills
- Familiarity with current learning and performance improvement industry standards and practices
