Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE - Insurance Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively while handling a high volume of claims accurately and efficiently
• Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and service standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Computer and keyboarding skills
