Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Insurance Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance information and eligibility, including direct contact with physician offices or patients
• Obtain authorizations from insurance companies and ensure accurate documentation in the patient accounting system
• Calculate patient financial responsibilities and communicate the center's financial policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Strong customer service experience required
• A/R, billing, or insurance verification experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is required
