Key Responsibilities

• Complete patient referrals within Salesforce
• Navigate through the ERP system to identify potential duplicates
• Manage referrals from provider offices through online portals

Required Qualifications and Education

• Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Must be initiative-taking, quick learner, and a self-starter
• Team player
