A company is looking for an Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
• Collaborate with branch leadership and sales teams to ensure appropriate inventory/services and documentation compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, insurance customer service, claims, billing, call center, or management
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment that routinely bills insurance is preferred
