Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, networking, or systems integration, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Technical fluency in networking, SaaS, and cloud/on-prem integration
- Experience in project or operations management within a technical services team
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance tracking
- Proven ability to manage escalations and act as a senior technical escalation point
