We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive—ideally an ex-IBMer or someone with experience working at or with IBM—who thrives in a consultative selling environment and is passionate about helping organizations drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in:
- API & Messaging Solutions
- Hybrid Cloud Integration
- Any Cloud Migration
- Digital Transformation
- Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Structure and negotiate contracts, SOWs, and large-scale consulting engagements.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve/exceed sales targets.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT consulting/professional services sales with a focus on solution-based selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-performance environment.
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior-level decision-makers.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience at IBM or with an IBM Business Partner.
- Deep understanding of digital/cloud transformation and managed services.
