Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intelligence Analyst - Falcon Recon (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction while managing multiple customer relationships
• Triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers
• Guide customers through findings and provide subject matter expertise on the Falcon Intelligence Recon module

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence and the intelligence lifecycle
• Experience with all-source threat intelligence analysis or intelligence collections
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
• Strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence and APT strategies
• Exceptional customer engagement skills across technical and executive levels
