Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead clients through the early-stage bank registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the registration process with the Federal Reserve Bank, FDIC, and other agencies
• Manage financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on financial operations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with banking and regulatory processes
• Knowledge of Asset & Liability Management (ALM) and risk management
• Experience with FISERV or similar banking relationship providers
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Background in finance and management
