Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and due diligence materials, ensuring thorough analysis and approval
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee communication with key stakeholders throughout the loan process
• Train and mentor underwriting team members, while conducting market research and presenting to the Investment/Loan Committee as needed

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in underwriting roles
• Thorough knowledge of Agency financing and multifamily financing alternatives
• Proficient in analyzing Mortgage Credit and Borrower structures
• Proven management capability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
