Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments virtually, managing patient psychiatric medications
• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws surrounding mental health treatment and maintain appropriate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) board certification
• Licensed in Iowa with a valid DEA number
• 1 year of psychiatric experience preferred
• Ability to function autonomously and demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge
• No pending or past sanctions by any federally funded healthcare program
