Job Summary

A company is looking for an Iowa Roadway Lead to work remotely in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local clients and lead market awareness initiatives
• Oversee design and plan preparation for roadway and highway improvement projects, ensuring project delivery meets established objectives
• Provide strategic planning and mentorship to staff while managing budgets and schedules for projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa is required
• 10+ years of highway and/or roadway design experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience with Iowa DOT and/or other local clients is essential
• Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring skills
