Your Mission
You will join the IT team in a key role, ensuring the correct functioning of business applications. You will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these systems, ensuring optimal performance and constant alignment with business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for business-critical applications.
- Continuously monitor application performance, anticipating and preventing potential issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure resolution of incidents within the defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with development teams and System Integrators to solve issues and implement enhancements.
- Manage application updates, patches, and security upgrades independently.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including knowledge bases and operational runbooks.
- Actively participate in change management processes and release planning.
- Provide support and training to internal users, enabling effective use of business applications.
What Will Help You Succeed- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Around 2 years of experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or IT Application departments.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Service Desk) for managing tickets and support processes.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, PLM, or equivalent systems (preferably Infor M3, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL), basic scripting, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented approach and a strong sense of ownership in problem resolution.
