A company is looking for a 2026 IT Development Program Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month development program with four rotational assignments in various IT disciplines
• Engage in on-the-job training and complete IT Bootcamps to develop technical and analytical skills
• Collaborate with peers and mentors while attending professional development classes and community service events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer/Management Information Systems, or Mathematics, expected by Spring 2026
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Proven, applied technology experience
• Strong analytical ability and leadership skills
• Interpersonal skills
