Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Enterprise Services Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to define project scope and vision
• Document and validate business requirements, ensuring proper sign-offs from sponsors
• Manage project backlog and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in IT Analysis, with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Experience in business and technical requirements analysis and methodology development
• Experience in the development and implementation of software solutions or systems
• Proficiency in core software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Visio preferred
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
