IT Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor to provide quality IT instruction remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and manage up to two cohorts of students in various academic delivery methodologies
• Provide leadership and training to instructors to enhance their teaching effectiveness
• Monitor student progress and facilitate an engaging classroom experience to prepare students for certification exams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry within the last 10 years
• At least 2 years of experience in classroom and online instruction preferred
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications related to the courses being taught
• Experience in contributing to curriculum development and enhancing academic programs
