Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Manager to lead Desktop Support and Systems Administration teams while driving IT strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Desktop Support Specialists and Systems Administrators
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives, including budget management and vendor relationships
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including onboarding/offboarding workflows and incident response for IT outages
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, including 3 years managing technical teams
- Experience with IT budget management and vendor relationship oversight
- Strong understanding of MDM tools (preferably JAMF) and identity providers (Okta)
- Proven success in implementing automated onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Experience with infrastructure planning and strategic IT decision-making
