IT Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer I to support internal corporate IT and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments and assist with service ticket escalations
• Administer cloud environments and assist with building, configuring, and troubleshooting virtual machines
• Monitor system health and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure stability

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience with Windows 10 and 11 desktop systems
• Some experience in installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft desktop and server platforms
• Experience with monitoring ticketing systems and supporting enterprise-level infrastructure
• Experience with hardware support and troubleshooting applications and operating systems
• Microsoft AZ-900 or MS-900 Certification is highly preferred
